Needed extra key fob and from the moment I called and received a quote to when I went to the store and worked with Joe, the Team was professional and helpful. Joe provided a few options, took the time to fix the damaged existing key fob I had, and programmed the new fob in no time. Would definitely recommend. UPDATE: 2 years later needed another key, this time for an older VW that required key cutting, security programming and FOB programming. Joe was patient and meticulous and I walked away with a perfectly functioning spare key. Continue to highly recommend.

Fast professional service. I needed additional key fobs programmed for my parents' cars. They made the process quick, painless and much cheaper than going to the Stealership would have been. ;-)I highly recommend them.

I used Dash Lock and Key because I lost my only key to my truck. They came out as soon as they could, but not immediately since it was over the holiday. They made me a new key quickly, and also two blank keys I got off Amazon. I bought my truck used and I didn't even get the physical emergency key and they made me three right there in my driveway. Super happy. Not sure about pricing but quote from the dealer was almost double and they weren't going to come out. I would have had to tow it.

DASH is the place to go for the best service.What a great shop with true professionals.If you’ve lost your car fob, don’t go to the dealer and don’t buy a refurbished one online. Those don’t always program, which I learned.Here’s where you start: DASH.Just go there, or call and get your quote, but you’ll walk out with a functioning key.I started in the wrong place, but they helped me with everything.Thanks!

Stopped in the other day, had a large order, 24 keys. Jackie was very polite and had the order completed within an hour wich I thought was very prompt. The keys I ordered are normally hard to duplicate. These work very smoothly. I found Dash lock and key a few years ago and they are the only ones I trust now. Have had many other specific orders completed over the years from chipped ignition keys to key fabs and have been very satisfied every time.
